Stock options backdating continued

The SEC held a press conference today, with the FBI and Justice Dept., announcing that they are going after Brocade CEO Greg Reyes over stock option backdating. SEC Commissioner Roel Campos had hinted earlier in the week that this was coming down, but the press conference was kept tight enough that the early news didn't discuss it.
